Who we are
This website is run by Ceylai Labs (Ceylon Artificial Intelligence & Digital Innovation Laboratories), a software company in Sri Lanka. For any question about this notice, email contact@ceylailabs.com or call +94 70 213 5357.
What we collect
Only what you choose to send. If you use the contact form, that is:
- your name and your business name
- your phone number, and your email address if you give it
- what you need and when you want to start
- the message you write
If you message us on WhatsApp or call us, WhatsApp or your phone company handles that conversation under their own terms.
Why we use it
To reply to you, and to prepare for a conversation about work you asked us about. Nothing else. We do not add you to a mailing list, we do not profile you, and we do not use your details for advertising.
Who else sees it
- Resend delivers the form to our inbox, so your message passes through their service.
- Vercel hosts this website and keeps the ordinary request logs any web server keeps, including IP addresses, for security and reliability.
We do not sell your information and we do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
Cookies
This website sets no tracking or advertising cookies. There is no cookie banner because there is nothing to consent to.
How long we keep it
Enquiries stay in our inbox while the conversation is relevant and are deleted when it is not. If we work together, they become part of the project record. You can ask us to delete an enquiry at any time.
Your rights
Sri Lanka’s Personal Data Protection Act, No. 9 of 2022, gives you rights over information about you. You can ask us what we hold, to correct it, to delete it, or to stop using it. Email contact@ceylailabs.com and we will respond within 30 days, free of charge.
Security
The site is served only over HTTPS. Form submissions are checked on the server, with a limit on how often one address can send, and the inbox that receives them is limited to the people who need it.
Changes
If we change how we handle information, we update this page and the date at the top.
