Your use of this website. They are not the terms of any project. Work we do for you is governed by the written quote and agreement we both sign. Where that agreement and this page differ, the agreement applies.

Using this site

You are welcome to read, share and link to anything here. Please do not try to disrupt the site, test it for weaknesses without our written permission, submit the contact form automatically or in bulk, or use it to send anything unlawful.

Prices and information on this site

Prices on this site are starting prices and exclude VAT where applicable. The price that binds us is the one in your written quote. The estimates and calculators give ranges to help you decide; they are not quotes.

What we guarantee

What we put in writing in your agreement. We do not guarantee business results such as bookings, revenue or search rankings, because they depend on far more than a website.

Ownership

The design, text and code of this website belong to Ceylon Artificial Intelligence & Digital Innovation Laboratories unless stated otherwise. Work we build for a client belongs to that client on the terms of their agreement.

Links to other sites

We link to other sites where it is useful. We do not control them and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices.

Liability

This website is provided as it is. As far as the law allows, we are not liable for loss arising from using it or from relying on general information on it. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Sri Lanka, and the courts of Sri Lanka have jurisdiction over any dispute about them.
