Questions from property owners
Do I have to leave Booking.com or Agoda?
No. Most properties keep the booking sites for the guests who find them there. The aim is to take more of your repeat and returning guests directly, where you pay no commission.
Will my availability stay in sync?
Yes, if you use a channel manager or a booking engine that connects to one. We work with the one you have, or help you choose one, so a room sold on one site closes on the others.
Can I show resident and foreign rates?
Yes. The site can show resident and foreign rates side by side, or ask the guest which applies before showing a price.
What about guests who only want to message?
They message you on WhatsApp from any page, with the dates they asked about already in the message. The faster those messages are answered, the fewer guests book somewhere else.
