The care plan
Every website comes with 12 months of care.
A website is software. Hosting runs out, certificates expire, plugins go out of date, and prices and opening hours change. Without someone looking after it, the site you paid for slowly stops working, and usually nobody notices until a customer does.
So the first 12 months of a care plan are part of every build. After that, stay on the plan or leave with 30 days’ notice, and we hand over your domain, your content and your data.

A progress call every 3 days, with a link so you can see the site taking shape.

Questions about websites
How much does a website cost?
Websites start at LKR 185,000, excluding VAT where it applies. The price moves up with the number of pages, a booking or appointment form, and a second language.
You get a fixed price in writing before we start. Every published price is on the pricing page.
How long does it take?
Most websites go live 14 days after you hand over your content: your text, logo and photographs.
Before that clock starts there is a conversation and a written quote with the dates on it.
What do I need to give you?
Your logo, a few lines about each thing you sell, your prices if you publish them, and photographs of your business.
We edit your text so it reads well; we do not write it from nothing. If your photographs are not good enough, we tell you which ones are worth taking.
Can I update it myself?
Yes. Before we quote, we agree which parts you want to change yourself, usually prices, opening hours, photographs and news, and we build those to be edited without us. A training session is part of every website.
Anything else, send it to us on WhatsApp. Content changes are part of every care plan.
Why is a care plan part of the price?
Because a website is software, and software needs looking after. The first 12 months of a care plan cover hosting, the SSL certificate, backups, security updates and your content changes. Without them, the site you paid for slowly stops working.
How do payments work?
50% to start, 50% after you approve the finished site and before it goes live. Prices are fixed in the written quote.
Who owns the website?
Your domain is registered in your name, and your content and your data are yours. The site itself runs on our managed hosting, which is how we keep it fast, secure and up to date under your care plan.
If you ever leave, we hand over your domain, your content and your data. If you need the source code in your own hands as well, tell us before we start and we will put it in the written quote.
